Arcadia approves major Falling Leaf Avenue improvement plan
Arcadia Board of Trustees adopts a resolution to issue serial bonds for cost of sidewalk, curb, lighting along Falling Leaf Avenue including intersections and returns. Bond terms: nine years, 7 percent interest, each $25 or more assessment paid by annual coupons. Public hearing set for August 14 1918 with notice to be posted and published in The Arcadia Journal.
