near Edwardsville Sept 37 Mike Algabrook shot and wounded Alexander Rowell at Rowell home near Borden Springs. Rowell attempted to shoot Algabrook who fired first. One bullet perforated lung and shoulder while second hit thigh and arm. Rowell recovering. Algabrook charged with assault with intent to murder and held on 500 bond awaiting grand jury indictment.
