William H Noble died at his Fifteenth street home just before midnight after months of declining health. A pioneer citizen of Anniston he was active in city affairs and well regarded. Funeral tomorrow at St Michael and All Angels church at 10 with interment in Hillside cemetery. pallbearers listed. In Birmingham the Alabama Press association moved to expel secretary J Asa Rountree over alleged misuse of funds during a prior press excursion, a heated, unresolved decision.
