In Odin Til on October 26 a bank safe was blown with dynamite and robbers escaped after a running gunfight with local residents. No injuries reported though over 30 shots were fired. The gang is believed to have taken most of the bank funds. In Georgetown Co on the same date burglars hit the local post office site, taking 200 dollars in cash and stamps before fleeing on a stolen horse and buggy.
