Armenian Faces His Second Trial
Detroit, Mich. Oct 16. Arrangements are under way to begin the second trial next week of Dr. G. K. Boyajian, the Armenian, who shot and killed his nephew Harotoon Gostanian last spring. A medical commission is examining the accused to determine his sanity. The killing occurred April 30 in a crowded courtroom during a statutory charge against Gostanian’s aunt, the physician’s wife. Gostanian, who claimed innocence, died several hours after the shooting.
