North Alabama Conference Meets Here This Month
The North Alabama Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church South meets in Anniston starting Wednesday the 27th and runs to Monday. Bishop K R Hendrix of Kansas City presides at First Methodist Church with about 300 delegates expected. Delegates will stay in homes as arrangements continue, and Birmingham Ledger notes election of five clerical and five lay delegates to the Dallas General Conference in May.
