The Tredegar Mineral railroad was sold Saturday by Gen. J. W. Burke and associates to Alex T. London of Birmingham and partners. The deal includes extending the road from Jacksonville three miles to the East West railroad, with conditions to settle pending suits and extend to Anniston within six months. London is in New York finalizing terms, via S. D. G. Brothers of this city.

Desperate Baggage Car Fight Ends in Fatal Fall
In Huntsville Alabama May 14 a general fight on an excursion train from Birmingham led to J T Blount of Sheffield falling from the baggage car and dying.
