Ed ward Duddy reported seeing Horace Marvin Jr. the four year old kidnapped from Dover Del at a trolley station near the Pennsylvania railroad terminal in Jersey City. The boy cried but the woman vanished before police could be alerted. Authorities investigate as parents post 25000 for his safe return and 10000 for his death.
