Mitchell to sign players for Anniston league club
At the Anniston Baseball Association meeting President Ti Mitchell was authorized to begin signing players for the Southeastern league club and to improve Anniston park for Ganzel's Hustlers who will arrive soon. The election of a manager was deferred for a week as candidates are reviewed. Manager Ganzel may assist in selecting the next leader. Anniston will send a representative to Gaduden on March 15 for league reorganization.

A 31 man St. Louis National league squad will depart for West Baden tomorrow led by Manager Roger Bresnahan. They will train a week to ten days at the Indiana resort before returning to St. Louis for a series of exhibition games ahead of the regular season.
