By virtue of a writ from the circuit court of Anusot County Alabama the sheriff will sell on Monday January 1 1901 at the courthouse in Anniston Alabama between legal hours for cash to the highest bidder the tract of land described as the southeast quarter of section six township fourteen range east containing 160 acres more or less in Calhoun County Alabama The sale is to satisfy a judgment of 850.00 and costs in favor of T W Ayers against E Horter John R Ware and W T Edmondson are the attorneys in the suit Sheriff Culman County Alabama
