Chancellor R. B. Kelly today made several rulings in Calhoun county chancery court. The actions include dismissing the bill in N. M. Hackney et al v Rachael Burke et al, setting aside submission and taxing costs in James H. Savage guardian v Sarah Garrett et al, and a final decree of sale in Annie L. Woodruff et al v J K Draper et al.
The Morgan campaign committee released Mr. J Bowie list of appearances in Clark County. Dates and times include Thomasville January 17 at 11 a.m. Bashi January 17 at 3 p.m. Campbell January 18 at 10 a.m. Coffeeville January 18 at 3 p.m. Salispa January 19 at 10 a.m. Jackson January 19 at 1 p.m.
