Noted literary woman is dead at 72
Marion December 16 Mrs. Moore wife of Judge John Moore of the fourth judicial circuit died after a lingering illness. Funeral services were conducted by Dr Paul V Bomar at Siloam Baptist church. Besides her husband and daughter Wooten and John Trotwood Moore of Columbia Tenn were at her bedside. She was 72 and had celebrated their golden wedding three years ago in the home they occupied after marriage. Daughter of D Billingslea a pioneer and prominent citizen of middle Alabama she was a noted belle and brilliant literary woman of the state.
