Ohio Woman Wins Record Back Pay From Air Force Firing
Dorothy B. Louks, an Air Force accountant, was awarded 100000 plus back pay for a 1958 firing she says followed her Senate testimony in the deep freeze inquiry. The Court of Claims ruled the dismissal arbitrary and awarded back pay through 1968 while noting transfer objections. Louks, living in Medway Ohio, has not worked since dismissal.
