Garden Banner Presentation At Harrison School Banquet
The 1920 garden championship banner for Harrison School will be presented at the garden banquet for prize winning children of the Butte Chamber of Commerce at 6 30 p m tonight. Mrs A S Christie will speak and Miss Teresa O Ponnell will accept. Vaudeville and singing will entertain. About 300 reservations are noted.

In a police court session 16 defendants faced charges. John Sweeney paid 20 to argue he damaged his own property but the widow Mrs. Livingstone disputed his claim. A window was broken in a summer kitchen as Sweeney claimed ownership allowed it. Other defendants faced vagrancy charges with various fines and outcomes.

Divorce Granted on Cruelty Charge in Brooklyn Case
Mary Northey was granted a decree of divorce from Harry Northey for extreme cruelty and neglect. The court ordered alimony of 40 a month and custody of two minor children with $100 a month for support, plus attorney fees, including use of her husband's name at 180th Idaho Street.
