Ninety nine serious incidents recorded in a week ending November 6, compared with sixty nine in the prior seven days, following the MacSwiney funeral.
Crime rose sharply in Ireland after the MacSwiney funeral with 99 serious crimes in the week ending Nov. 6, up from 69 the prior week and 80 earlier. Nine police barracks were damaged, 24 mail raids, four Sinn Fein arms raids. ten policemen were killed or hurt, three soldiers fatally hurt, and 45 outrages arrests.
London November 10 The House of Commons completes the report stage of the Home Rule for Ireland bill ahead of the third reading set for tomorrow Amendments adopted include police control transfer to the Irish parliament after three years and a majority requirement for fusion bills A central council of Ireland is tasked to draft a plan for a second chamber construction.
Washington officials near the hearing list as Chairman Benson and other Shipping Board leaders may be called before the House subcommittee probing Shipping Board activities in New York. The panel asked Benson to testify and said the board would provide documents or have employees present. New York testimony offered further evidence of alleged irregularities and mismanagement in the board's affairs with J F Richardson presenting direct testimony.
British embassy in Washington says it has informed the American Secretary for Ireland of a New York message threatening reprisals in the United States if Irish actions continue after November 14 1920. The embassy published the text noting threats against Englishmen and sympathizers in the U S in response to killings in Ireland.

Galbraith Jr national commander of the American Legion sends Armistice Day message to Silver Bow post praising the victory in 1918 and the lasting spirit of peace and lofty ideals that sustained Americans and allied crusaders. The address pledges ongoing devotion to memorials and the memory of Armistice day.
A mail car driven by Charles Tippett and another automobile collided at Silver and Montana, shattering both machines and injuring Tippett who received a deep cut on his right hand. Albert Schulte, owner of the other car, was shaken but unharmed. The collision occurred as the vehicles attempted to pass each other.
The Butte Armistice Day parade will start at 11 a.m. with service men leading divisions from the courthouse.
