Camden, N J November 8 More than 5000 dollars was spent on gay parties in Philadelphia by Raymond W Schuck and Frank J James after they killed and robbed David Paul bank messenger Prosecutor Wolverton released new confession details. He said 4600 of the 40000 stolen from Paul was found in a James home bookcase. The remaining 30000 plus was buried in two packages at Schucks mothers grave and has been recovered.

Washington November 8. The Supreme Court ruled that storing lawfully acquired liquor in warehouses and transporting it to an owner's home is not prohibited by the Volstead act. The decision reverses lower courts and may free as much as 10 million gallons of liquor held since January 16.
Dennis Chester alias Roos McPower was arrested in Great Falls Montana on the Kansas City murder charge of Florence Barton. Howard Winter identified a photo of Chester as one of three men who tried to hold up the couple before Barton's death near a motor car in a sparsely settled district. Chester will be brought to Kansas City for formal charging while two other suspects face minor charges in Missouri towns.
Troop marshal legion parade planned with Commander John Troup as grand marshal and 12 aids listed by the American Legion and chamber of commerce. Three divisions will carry bands, starting at 11 oclock with noise makers signaling the start. Post parade, Dan T Malloy to deliver ovation and resolutions favoring the four fold bonus plan to be presented.

London, Nov 8. The Irish home rule bill moved toward completion as two government added clauses for a second chamber and parliament dissolution were adopted by a large majority in the Commons. Critics called the clauses fatal to Ireland’s status, while the Lords loomed as the next hurdle.
Lieu tenant Fischer of the Austrian army and eight comrades who escaped from a Siberian prison camp reported mass mortality among prisoners. They cited a camp with 5,000 inmates where about 2,000 died in six months and 40,000 died by end of 1918. Camps were called dead man’s camps due to high death rates.
Albert Ellis aged 21 was indicted for first degree murder in St Louis in the death of Edna Ellis 18 whose body was found in a vacant lot near her home. Police say he killed her after she spurned him as a suitor.
Judge Landis to chair a civilian controlled baseball tribunal under a new reorganization plan forming a 12 club league with eight National League and three American League teams. A twelfth member to be selected. Landis would earn 59500 annually under the plan. Minor leagues participate with a six year term. Landis seven years. Meeting in Kansas City to present proposal to the National Association of Minor Leagues.
An Associated Press dispatch from Washington reports George F. Shelton of Butte has been appointed United States attorney for Montana by President Wilson. He succeeds E Day of Helena, with W W Patterson having filled the post temporarily. Shelton, born 1856 in Connecticut, Yale graduate, has practiced law since 1879 and moved to Montana in 1883.
Dublin reports nine prisoners in Cork jail remain fasting on their ninetieth day as authorities say suitable food is continually offered. Prison doctors note the inmates are growing weak and their condition continues to puzzle the officials.
MISSOULA Nov 8 The body of Leon Richardson ex soldier and army officer was found in an automobile near Plains with two bullet holes in the head. Sheriff and deputies probe motive amid family trouble and a possible officer revenge theory. Clues include hob nailed shoe marks and a light colored coat button near the car. Richardson had lived near Plains for 15 years and bore a good reputation.
