The West Park street Masonic hall will be vacated late this summer as Freemasons move to a newer building further west. The old hall will be renovated with a billiard hall on the second floor and street floors occupied by separate concerns. A clothier will take the Niedenhofen west side and a tobacconist with billiards on the east side. The transformation follows years of Park street growth, with renovations and new blocks enhancing the street into a major business corridor. Completion is expected by August 1.
