Three Months in Jail for Earl Thornton Jackson
Thornton Jackson, the man who tried to shoot Frank Cox the Conway's saloon bartender, escaped penitentiary by a close scratch and pleaded guilty to assault in the third degree. He was sentenced to three months in the county jail.
