City officials press to pass a new sidewalk law to curb injuries and save money. Households with poor sidewalks will be notified to repair or face arrest. if unaddressed the street commissioner may repair and charge the cost to the property. Canning FE Marden to visit Anaconda with samples from the Butte Hennessy tailor.
The firm Brenner & Benzeler dissolves on August 26, 1902. All bills incurred from this date will be collected and paid by Joe Benzeler. Tenoleums at Stiagg's.
An auction will sell the Mullanifuel Company ranch near Blossburg Montana on September 11 to the highest bidder. The 960 acre patented parcel sits on the Northern Pacific Railway with water rights and extensive range. Also offered are about 120 head of stock cattle, hay, lumber, farming implements, harness, wagons and other property. The sale may be as a whole or in divisions with horses and cattle sold to the highest bidder.
