Child Falls Into Cistern At Earl Ball Home
Theresa English four year old daughter of Mr and Mrs English fell into a cistern at the Earl Ball home on South Duff Tuesday. The cistern held about three feet of water and she suffered serious cuts to the face and mouth before Charles Gillespie who was nearby rescued her with a ladder.
