A blaze at Brown and French on Cotton avenue last night caused about 83 000 in stock losses. Fire officials say incendiary origin. Police arrested Monroe Adams at 8 this morning on charges of setting the fire. Oil cans emptied and spilled through the store. Insurance covers about 2000 of the loss.
