Duel to Death in Seaboard Grocery Station
A night time duel at the Seaboard Georgia Grocery store ends in the death of James Williams, a negro chauffeur burglar, while Nick Sakadelis, owner, is seriously wounded. Sakadelis discharged a .20 bore shotgun. Williams used a stolen pistol. The exchange left Williams dead at once and Sakadelis with a chest wound and lung injury. Doctors say recovery is possible but not certain.
