In Nortonville Kentucky a new miners camp forms with about 50 armed men and 60 charter members. Thomas Rooney of the United Mine Workers says more than 250 miners will join tonight as tents rise. Officials vow to disperse the unlawful assembly but say troops will be needed if resisted.
