Athens Ga Nov 14 The will of James M. Smith a wealthy Oglethorpe county farmer was found in discarded papers and probated in Lexington court. Made Dec 4 1885 it遗s probated after Col Jim Smith died, with executors D W Meadow Alexander Erwin and Jim Smiths sons Robert and John Smith. Provisions favor nephews Robert A Smith and John A Smith, and their heirs receive land after other relatives receive nominal sums. The two principal beneficiaries died around 1901 leaving Smiths daughter E A as major heir.").
