Plymouth England November 13 The Submarine M-1 was located today on a bed of sea twelve miles southwest of Starpoint Devonshire. There is a slight chance that the crew of sixty eight are still alive. The M-1 disappeared during maneuvers in the English Channel and lies at too great depth to permit diving or raising her. Naval ships report no collision.
