Final plans for Armistice Day White Way celebrations are announced by the organizing committee. The day features band concerts on La mar street, a reception for Senator Hoke Smith, a luncheon at the Windsor Hotel, a parade at 2:30, a 3:30 address by Hoke Smith, the turning on of the White Way system at 7:30, and an American Legion banquet with Mr Smith as guest and speaker. Naval air expert runs down man in New Jersey incident
Captain Anton Heinen of Lakehurst naval station was released on $2000 bail after his sedan struck and killed 55 year old trolley motorman Thomas Chamberlain in Mount Holly. Heinen waived examination to December 22 and surrendered to the coroner after the collision as Mrs Heinen accompanied him.
