First Peach Carloads Leave Sumter County
Two cars of peaches shipped yesterday by Easterlin brothers at Arles station, with a car moved out today after delays. A car at Gatewood Crossing loaded by T. B. Hooks began toward market yesterday on the Seaboard Air Line. Four more cars were being loaded today, with Hooks, Hansford, and Easterlin Brothers each loading additional cars for the season.
