Arrivals for the Southern Industrial convention include Hon James Wilton secretary of agriculture and M W Richards of the Southern railway. James A Wassman mayor of Chattanooga and Alexander Glover preside as welcome addresses spark applause. Delegates from Cincinnati Memphis New York Philadelphia and others arrive.
