Tragedy in Michigan as Harvey Kills Wife and Family

Joseph Harvey of Howard City Michigan killed his wife his uncle his grandmother and wounded his three month old child and his father in law before shooting himself in the neck in a spree that also involved his return to his mother in law’s home where he killed the wife’s mother’s sister and created a scene of violence. Strong threats of lynching followed as Harvey confessed to the Pierson murder and was arrested for his wife’s slaying. The motive remains undetermined and the killer survived.

Alleged Burners on Trial in Seminole Kidnapping Case
