The Friendship Baptist Association holds its annual Sunday school convention at Shiloh church near Americus from April 14 to 16. Delegates from Sumter County and other Friendship churches are urged to attend. The program, led by Rev. A B Hawkes, includes prayers, sermons, lectures, and evangelizing sessions.
