New Spring Models kick off the season with solid performances as teams demonstrate depth and form. Coaches praise early momentum, noting improved cohesion and key players delivering in multiple events. The squad aims for consistency across fixtures and higher standings this year.
The Educational Train arrives tomorrow with a program at 1 p.m. at Central Station. Gov. Smlene, Pres. Soule, and speakers from the Agricultural College will talk on seed selection, fertilizers, livestock care, orchard and garden upkeep, cotton production, and by product uses. Exhibits include cotton varieties, seed, spraying outfits, diseased trees, dairy equipment, and seeds. The four half hour lectures will be printed for later reference as the train travels to Ellaville, Buena Vista and Hamilton.
