Girl swimmer saves 3 in Wesleyan pool
Valdosta March 7 Miss Evelyn Holder of Valdosta daughter of Councilman W L Holder has been hailed as Wesleyan college heroine after rescuing a student from drowning in the college pool last Tuesday and saving two more students two days later. In the final rescue she faced strong undercurrents as she was pulled under briefly but prevailed and all three survivors were saved.
