May soon bar insane patients from asylum in Milledgeville
Milledgeville June 22. If the necessary additional appropriations for the maintenance of the Georgia State Sanitarium are not provided by the Georgia Legislature at its coming session it will be absolutely necessary to limit admissions to the hospital to the number the appropriation can care for. This will mean that possibly in the present year and certainly during the next year a number of insane persons will have to be confined with criminals in the county jails because there will be no room for them in the Sanitarium.
