Edward P. Fitzgerald, grand president of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks and Freight Handlers, announced a conference in Cincinnati next Tuesday with sixteen chiefs of railroad brotherhoods and about forty labor executives to discuss wage reductions and actions by the Railroad Labor Board. It is billed as the first gathering of its kind in organized labor.
