Jeffersonville Indiana December 24 Newell C Rathbun was found guilty of manslaughter in the poisoning death of Charles Goodman. The jury deliberated since Saturday afternoon and Rathbuns attorneys seek a new trial. Goodman died last month in a local hotel and his body was sent to Little Rock Arkansas where Rathbuns wife lives. Rathbun enlisted under another name in the United States Army and the corpse was later identified as Goodman.
