They include payment of damages to Mrs Ethel Williams of Atlanta for injuries by a motorcycle at Camp Gordon and damages to Mrs Janie Beasley Glisson of Savannah for injuries by an aeroplane. Also pension for Mrs Fanny de Bussey Boyle Brigadier General Eli D Hoyle and compensation for S C Davis of Macon for extra WWI service with the Bibb county draft board. Major Allen M Burdett of Washington is listed for damages.

Washington December 11 The appeal of former Oklahoma Governor Walton from the dismissal of his injunction to stop the Oklahoma House from proceeding with impeachment was filed Monday in the Supreme Court. The lower court held the matter political, not constitutional, and dismissed the suit.
