Dennis J. McCarthy, a New York lawyer who vanished a year ago with a wife and three children, died in Union Hospital of paresis after five weeks illness in Fall River Mass His identity was learned two days before death by a visiting clergyman who said he was Rev James McCarthy of New York His brother Father McCarthy confirmed the family link and shared background on the deceased.
