The Georgia House passed a revised bill moving county officers in Chatham, Richmond, Bibb, Muscogee, DeKalb and Fulton from fees to salaries. Voter approval in Sept 10 primaries required for it to take effect Jan 1, 1926, with salaries set by county commissioners. Fulton delegation joined, but Rowe and Eve did not. a separate constitutional amendment bill exists.
