In New York on April 12 8 0olgar of Nashville Tennessee was arrested for conspiring to abduct witness Nicholas A. Heckman. Heckman identified Molinesux as renter of a city letterbox. The plot involved Percy E. Raymond and others from Nashville and aimed to spirit Heckman away. extradition papers for Heckman have been revoked.
