Scientists say atomic energy controllable for peaceful use
A group of twelve international scientists told the United Nations Atomic Energy Commission that technically safe guards can control atomic energy for peace. They stressed safeguards start at mining and that the production stage poses the greatest risk while noting political questions lie beyond their technical scope.
