Crude Oil Production Decreases for Week
The US daily average crude oil output fell by 7 000 barrels in the week ending August 30 to 2 630 700 barrels. East of the Rockies dropped 8 500 barrels, California rose 1 590, Oklahoma up 9 000, while several regions posted declines including Texas and the Gulf coast. Imports at principal ports totaled 221 286 barrels, with no price changes in major districts.
