James Pasco Gibbs 26 of Rusk is charged with negligent homicide after the death of Gifford Dewey Wise 48 in a fiery truck crash yesterday. Wise died when his panel truck collided with a trailer truck driven by Gibbs. The fatalities bring Fort Worth’s 1947 total to 22 and the county total to 41.
Drama surrounds the fall and winter coat lineup with long wide coats and generously flared backs.
