Hundreds of Amarillo veterans will begin cashing terminal leave bonds tomorrow. Banks urge bring discharge papers to verify identity and allow redemption at full face value plus accrued interest. Interest accrues 2 percent yearly. only full payment allowed.
Sources say a two engine Russian plane landed southeast of Izmir and those aboard were detained. Military officials declined comment while Izmir informants cite a pilot claiming to have lost his way and exhausted fuel.
A note from Mrs A E Spray 318 East Tenth reveals a pylon judge’s calm plan if a plane crashes near the device. He would ride the aircraft to the ground, explaining viewing safety vs danger to spectators.
