Mrs L F Blake hosted a dessert bridge at 1008 Hillcrest in honor of Mrs James S Van Ansdal of St Petersburg Fla. Decorations featured pumpkin candles and yellow chrysanthemum corsages. Mrs Van Ausden received a gift. Mrs Robert Hall won high prize and Mrs N C Long took second. Present were the honoree and Mesdames Arley Barnett Jack Gouldy N C Long Taylor Jones Robert Hall Sam West and the hostess.
