Youth, 19, Killed by Posse Near San Marcial
Phil lip Hunt aged 19 was killed in a gun fight with a posse of deputy sheriffs five miles south of San Marcial New Mexico late yesterday. Lee Seaman and a Chicago boy named Arron companions of Hunt were wounded but not seriously. They were charged with robbing a Helen New Mexico store and resisted arrest.

Panhandle Wheat Inspected 49 Carloads Pass Through Grain Exchange
Forty nine car loads of Panhandle wheat were inspected yesterday by J F Ross federal inspector for the Amarillo grain exchange. Among shipments passing through were two car loads of rye from near Shamrock. Ross called two car loads of rye in a year highly unusual.

Oil Operator Found Guilty in Texarkana Court
