Price College to hold a Requiem Mass Thursday at nine in Price Memorial Chapel celebrated by Rev Monsignor John A Steininge for the repose of His Eminence Cardinal Mundelein. The faculty and student body attend. Mundelein helped found the original Price College unit and aided the first building, leading to its early name Saint George in his honor. The chapel still bears the name St George.
The Amarillo City Building Code board ordered changes to a new theater planned for 700 block North Fillmore. The £20,000 project will be 42 by 125 feet with seating for over 300, built by Randall Construction under architect H. F. Pettirow of Dallas and supervised by building inspector Wallace Hazelwood.
