ANNA Ill Nov 30 The red white and blue hog King Neptune emerges from retirement to sell Victory Bonds as he did War Bonds. The striped hog began bond selling in December 1942 and has toured Illinois auctioning for high bids on war bonds. He once drew one million dollars in bonds for Illinois by Gov Dwight Green. He now attempts Victory Bonds while enjoying free life food for the patriotic service recognition.
