Refrigerator blast damages kitchen at North Buchanan home

A refrigerator exploded last night at Mr and Mrs Elvie Davis 807 North Buchanan Street. The blast tore a hole in the kitchen ceiling and shingles from the roof. No one was injured. Davis had just left the room minutes before. Cause of the explosion is undetermined.
