The Havas News Agency reports that by November 8 armistices regulated France’s relations with Germany and Italy. Recent Vichy cabinet meetings have considered these relations in light of a shifting stance.
The community trails behind wartime pace as Potter County investors put only 11825 in War Bonds and Stamps yesterday. November total reaches 211095 toward a 491,100 quota with nine business days left. Officials say over 31000 must average daily, since 11000 a day is insufficient.
Air Ministry reports fighter command aircraft damaged a number of locomotives in Northern France and Belgium last night without losses. The statement comes as Allied air activity targeted transportation infrastructure in the region.
