Halloween Party and Club Meeting in Poplar Grove Society
The W O W Circle 171 Poplar Grove held a Halloween party at the W O W Hall with costumes spooks fortunes and a grand march. Prizes went to Mrs Fay Morgan Beverly McCulley and Mrs McCullep. The Philharmonic Club met at the Woman's club rooms with a French program and a vote on by laws.
